I am a multidisciplinary designer with 3+ years of experience in UX and UXR, thriving on uncovering what makes people tick and turning those insights into thoughtful, people-centered solutions. Whether it’s simplifying a complex system, redesigning a service, or deciphering why my Wi-Fi only works when I’m not looking at it, I love untangling complexity and crafting clarity.

I hold a Master’s in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London, MBA elective in Behavorial Economics from London Business School and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from MIT Institute of Design, India along with certifications in Cognitive Psychology and Statistics. My approach combines behavioral insights with design thinking to create experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and rooted in equity.

Outside of work, I’m on a perpetual side quest to create the perfect venn diagram of my life. Some notable overlaps include: cats I’ve meowed at (a lot) + cats who meowed back (still zero), books I want to read + books I’ve actually read, and and recipes I want to try + dishes I’ve successfully cooked. Crayons and swimming hold their own circles outside the diagram, because why limit joy? And eggs for breakfast? Not part of the Venn, just a daily ritual I refuse to question.
